Josephine Okafor is a Registered Nurse and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amazing Health Care Services LLC. Her nursing experience gives her a clinical understanding of assessment, changes in condition, medication safety, infection prevention, documentation, care coordination, patient education, and the importance of clear communication across a healthcare team.
As CEO, Josephine is responsible for helping the organization maintain clear standards for both clinical and direct-support services. She supports staff development, promotes accountability, reviews concerns, and reinforces the importance of staying within professional scope. She understands that a nurse, home health aide, personal care aide, direct support professional, and companion may all have different responsibilities even when they support the same individual.
Josephine’s leadership approach is centered on dignity and communication. Patients and participants should understand who is providing care, what each person is responsible for, and how to raise a concern. Staff should feel comfortable reporting changes, asking questions, and seeking guidance before performing a task they are not trained or authorized to complete.
Her goal is to build a healthcare organization that families can trust for both medical and community-based services while maintaining the documentation, supervision, coordination, and professional standards required in regulated care.
