Who We Serve
Amazing Health Care Services LLC is developing a service model for individuals who may require skilled medical care at home, assistance with activities of daily living, respite, companion support, or structured community and residential services. Different programs serve different populations, so eligibility and authorization depend on the specific service.
How We Approach Care
Medical services should be directed by qualified clinicians and follow required medical orders or plans of care. Community and waiver services should follow person-centered plans, service authorizations, and program requirements. Across every service, staff are expected to protect dignity, communicate clearly, document accurately, and report meaningful changes.
Why Coordination Matters
A patient receiving skilled nursing may also need aide support. A waiver participant may receive personal assistance, respite, companion services, or community supports. Good coordination helps prevent duplication, clarify responsibilities, and make sure each staff member understands the individual’s goals and safety needs.
